Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed software engineering team focused on building and expanding CodeQL
• Coach and develop team members, providing regular feedback and supporting individual growth
• Collaborate with various engineering teams to influence product direction and deliver quality features

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience with multiple programming languages including C, C++, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python
• 1+ years of direct or indirect people management or leadership experience
• 2+ years of experience in software security or developer tools that operate on source code
• Ability to work East Coast hours
