Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering, Residuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end software development process, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Provide functional and technical leadership to the engineering team in designing and building software solutions
• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to design and implement new product features and project requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in software engineering with substantial leadership or management experience
• Expertise in the .NET tech stack, including C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies
• Proven experience managing and mentoring software engineering teams
