Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to manage a cross-functional Insights team focused on customer-facing analytics and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of Software Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, and AI/ML Engineers
• Ensure API and UI service level agreements (SLAs) are met while promoting a continuous integration and continuous delivery (CICD) culture
• Oversee the delivery of software services to private and secure networks

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Active U.S. security clearance
• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineering Manager in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive experience with cloud-based software services and deployment to U.S. High Side networks
• Strong knowledge of Agile and DevOps principles
