Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead their engineering team in building a Cloud Data Platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand the engineering team responsible for the Cloud Data Platform ecosystem
• Oversee global teams located in multiple regions
• Act as a technical lead, breaking down complex problems and driving the department's vision

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Data Processing Technologies, preferably in the Cloud
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams of over 10 people
• 5+ years of experience in cost analysis, performance tuning, and code optimization on Cloud Data Platforms
• Record of launching successful cloud data processing applications with security best practices
• 5+ years of experience with technologies such as Scala/Java, Spark, AWS/Azure or GCP, and Terraform
