Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or 3 years of equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience managing high-performance engineering teams
• Experience with modern, high-traffic applications and backend services, preferably using Node/TypeScript
• Strong understanding of project management software and metrics for data-driven decisions
• Experience in Agile environments with a grasp of SDLC and continuous delivery
