• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of progressively responsible experience
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration
• Experience in engineering team management
• Technical competence in software development and coding standards
