Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead the development of scalable config delivery services for Azure.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement features to enhance performance and scalability of PubSub systems
Coach teams on user requirements, project plans, and maintainable code practices
Monitor system performance and guide engineers to improve product availability and reliability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with 4+ years of coding experience in languages such as C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
4+ years of experience in distributed systems
Ability to meet security screening requirements
2+ years of people management experience preferred
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical engineering experience is also acceptable
