Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams through the software development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Manage personnel actions for direct reports, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Drive process improvements and maintain agile methodologies to maximize value for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software delivery, with at least 3 years in a management role
• In-depth experience with web application development, preferably using Microsoft technology stack
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies
• Preferred bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members effectively
