Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Software Engineering (Application Development).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Oversee Azure and Dynamics 365 development, including customization and deployment
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and build custom solutions using the Power Platform

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leading software engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong background in Azure, Dynamics 365, and CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in programming languages such as X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience in building and supporting high-performing technical teams
