Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years managing teams of at least five engineers
• Proven experience in developing high-volume, high-performance APIs, ideally for a SaaS product
• Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively mentor and motivate teams
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and development methodologies
• Experience working with large external vendors
