Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years in engineering management
• Deep expertise in .NET/C# development and experience building enterprise-grade SaaS applications
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and modern frontend frameworks
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and event-driven design patterns
