Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering - Data Lake & Data Pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale two engineering teams focused on data pipelines and customer-facing UX
• Translate customer needs into actionable plans for data models, pipelines, and UX
• Own the technical direction and execution of the data lake foundation and data pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience leading multiple teams or a senior, high-impact team
• Experience with AWS-based data pipelines and data lakes
• Experience integrating data lakes with Snowflake or similar data warehouses
• Strong background in both backend systems and frontend UX development
