Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering, responsible for overseeing software development and managing engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and lead multiple teams to deliver software development goals on time and with high quality
• Architect and design large-scale systems while ensuring technology and architecture are up to date
• Drive process improvements and maintain team morale through mentoring and performance management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven experience developing scalable, cloud-based applications, preferably using Microsoft technologies
• Strong leadership skills with a successful track record in mentoring team members
• Technical expertise in software development lifecycle and database fundamentals
