Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop engineering teams through coaching, performance feedback, and career growth planning
• Ensure delivery outcomes by establishing plans, managing dependencies, and maintaining high-quality design and implementation
• Lead Agile planning and execution, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across teams

Required Qualifications:

• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 4+ years of development experience with .NET, JavaScript, and/or Python
• 3+ years of experience in public cloud environments, preferably Azure
• 2+ years of experience as a technical lead or people manager
• 2+ years of experience with relational databases (SQL)
