Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering - Enterprise Item and Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing stability and performance of legacy platforms while providing operational support across enterprise systems
• Define and drive the technical strategy and roadmap, supporting modernization and ensuring business continuity through system upgrades and integrations
• Lead and mentor engineering and operations teams, delivering high-quality solutions and driving collaboration across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT or software engineering experience, including 5+ years managing multiple teams
• Proven experience managing and maintaining legacy enterprise platforms (AS400/RPG, .NET)
• Strong understanding of system architecture, API integrations, and enterprise operations
• Experience with resource planning, hiring, and organizational scaling
• Strong technical acumen to guide architectural decisions
