Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop engineering teams through coaching, performance feedback, and career growth planning
• Own delivery outcomes by establishing plans, managing dependencies, and ensuring commitments are met
• Champion secure engineering practices and drive CI/CD and automated testing to improve delivery velocity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years of development experience with .NET, JavaScript, and/or Python
• 2+ years of experience as a technical lead and/or people manager
• 2+ years of experience in relational databases (SQL)
