Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in an engineering management role
• Proven track record in developing engineers, demonstrated through promotions and increased responsibilities
• Experience with AI-powered development tools and modern frontend or backend stacks
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to navigate competing priorities
• Data-driven approach to operational decisions using engineering metrics
