Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time Senior Software Engineering Manager will lead a high-impact team focused on building the Entri platform for patient scheduling and order management workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead engineering efforts for core scheduling and order management systems, ensuring effective patient-provider coordination
• Drive architecture and design decisions while addressing complex production issues to maintain system integrity
• Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams
• 5+ years of experience designing and building scalable, distributed systems using agile methodologies
• Strong backend experience in C#/.NET or Java, with knowledge of modern web applications and SaaS platforms
• Proven ability to operate as a hands-on technical leader in architecture and design
• Experience collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing solutions
