Job Summary

Leading high-impact teams in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Software Engineering Manager will guide the design and delivery of scalable systems, foster a winning culture, and drive technical excellence while coaching and developing engineering talent.

Key responsibilities

• Build high-performing teams by establishing outcome-driven development plans and creating growth opportunities for engineers and managers
• Drive technical excellence by guiding teams in the design and operation of scalable systems, participating in architecture discussions, and navigating complex trade-offs
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver cohesive solutions while maintaining clear communication with senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience managing software engineering teams with a track record of delivering high-impact initiatives
• Strong background in designing and operating complex, distributed systems, with proficiency in C# or Java
• Experience in aligning stakeholders and coordinating work across multiple teams and domains
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices such as Git, CI/CD, and automated testing
• Exposure to AI-enabled systems or a strong interest in building intelligent platforms
