Key responsibilities

• Leads engineering teams that integrate AI tooling into the software development lifecycle
• Stabilizes and scales compliance-sensitive platforms while enabling tech lead autonomy
• Translates organizational intent into clear priorities and operational norms across product, engineering, DevOps, and compliance

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years in software engineering or systems development
• 5+ years of experience in leading complex delivery through engineering teams
• Proven track record of leveraging AI tools in software development
• Hands-on experience with large, high-transaction data systems, particularly RDBMS-centric architectures
• Experience operating in regulated or audit-bound environments
