Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To drive innovation in cyber defense, the full-time Senior Software Engineering Manager will own the architecture of AI-powered security systems, manage a high-performing engineering team, and work flexibly or remotely to enhance automation and threat intelligence capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Set the technical strategy and architecture for AI-powered use cases across cyber defense domains
• Build solutions that leverage internal telemetry and external intelligence for cyber defenders
• Recruit and develop a high-performing engineering team while establishing a rapid shipping cadence

Required qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in building and shipping software systems at scale or equivalent education
• Proven track record of managing engineers and building high-performing teams for over 2 years
• Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• Deep technical fluency with the ability to evaluate architecture tradeoffs and solve complex problems
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and establish engineering best practices
