Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Senior Software Engineering Manager will oversee project execution and delivery within the Global Risk & Compliance Technology organization, ensuring high-quality technology solutions for risk management while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent; Master's in Computer Applications is a plus

- Expertise in Cloud Technologies (GCP, AWS) and System Design
- Experience managing end-to-end software delivery for complex cloud-native systems
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipeline development
