Senior Software Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer goals
• Partner with customers to translate business requirements into system configurations and implementation plans
• Serve as the primary customer contact, managing relationships and expectations throughout the implementation process

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in project management, implementation consulting, or technical services
• Experience implementing complex SaaS or enterprise software solutions
• Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and navigate complex organizations
• Experience mentoring or coaching peers in a professional environment
• Education and/or field experience in EHS and/or ESG is preferred
