Senior Software Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Software Implementation Consultant will act as a customer advocate, ensuring high-quality onboarding of new clients onto a Digital Payments platform while also adding new features for existing customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for customers regarding systems and offerings
• Lead requirements gathering activities and coordinate with stakeholders to document and validate payment platform features
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of recent Business Analyst experience in a SaaS environment
• Experience in software implementation and customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficient in gathering, creating, and managing requirements, along with experience in building UI mockups and wireframes
