Senior Software Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Implementation Engineer to manage technical delivery of a digital banking platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle technical implementations of the banking platform for new clients, ensuring successful configuration and launch
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, translating business requirements into implementation plans and specifications
• Develop and document custom solutions and integrations while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical implementation, or systems integration roles
• Proven experience in digital banking or FinTech environments
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar Agile project management tools
