Job Summary

Detail-oriented and process-driven, the full-time Senior Software Licensing Specialist will manage the end-to-end software licensing and maintenance renewal lifecycle, ensuring timely execution and exceptional customer experience while working remotely during US shift timings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the software licensing and maintenance renewal lifecycle, ensuring customer-focused execution
• Prepare and maintain software licensing quotes and manage renewal opportunities using various tools
• Serve as the primary point of contact for licensing inquiries, providing timely support and managing customer expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Software Licensing, Software Renewals, Sales Operations, or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a corporate environment
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS software licensing and subscription renewals
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce CRM
