Senior Software Manager

Job Summary

Senior Software Manager, responsible for leading a full-time customer-centered engineering team focused on enhancing networking solutions for AI infrastructure and collaborating with major clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of customer-facing networking engineers
• Provide technical leadership across various NVIDIA networking technologies and support large-scale AI system deployments
• Engage with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into product improvements and enhance team capabilities

Required Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of experience in software, systems, networking, or AI infrastructure engineering
• 5+ years of experience leading and scaling engineering teams
• Strong technical background in networking and distributed systems
• Experience managing customer issues and driving team alignment in dynamic environments
