Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software, systems, networking, or AI infrastructure engineering
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams
• Strong technical background in networking and distributed systems
• Experience with customer engagement and cross-team collaboration in fast-paced environments
