Senior Software Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Product Manager for Japan Markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technical teams to develop and promote innovative hardware and software products
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges, and implement localization strategies for product adaptation
• Oversee product lifecycle management, including ideation, requirements gathering, and post-release review

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in software product management with a successful track record
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software product management best practices
• Ability to communicate in both English and Japanese
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building trusting relationships
