Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Software QA Analyst will manage ongoing functional testing, create detailed test plans, and oversee defect reporting for web-based applications and document production software.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ongoing functional testing of enhancements and defects for web-based applications
• Create detailed test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive functionality coverage
• Assume ownership of testing for multiple customer projects and provide timely communication of progress

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• Proven capability in test planning, test case creation, and documentation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with the Waterfall development model
• Ability to prioritize assignments based on business and team needs
