Senior Software QA Automation Lead

Job Summary

Leading the CI test automation effort for high-performance networking products, the full-time Senior Software QA Automation Lead will own the strategy and architecture of automated validation, develop Python-based test frameworks, and enhance CI/CD pipeline reliability in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automated QA for system and software testing
• Drive the architecture and feature set of the CI test infrastructure, including reporting utilities and framework extensions
• Convert cross-team tests into automated regression suites to ensure reliable quality across products

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in software QA, test automation, or related engineering roles
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experience leading automated regression strategy and CI test development
• Strong debugging skills across software, system, and network layers
