Senior Software QA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer - QA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the testing of Storage features, including hands-on testing and automation
• Review feature designs and provide feedback to improve product quality and testability
• Collaborate with developers and the Customer Support team to understand features and debug issues

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with NFS/SMB protocols on Windows and/or Linux
• Experience with multiple operating systems: Linux, Windows, VMWare
• Strong knowledge of release management and testing lifecycle
• Software test development experience with shell scripting and Python
• BS in Computer Science with 10+ years of experience or MS in Computer Science with 8+ years of experience
