Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

Delivering automated solutions for software processes, the full-time Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer will plan, organize, and track testing activities while collaborating with various teams to ensure quality standards are met in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute QA tests, including functional and performance testing, to identify bugs and quality issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure comprehensive testing
• Document and report defects, track quality status, and participate in defect triage meetings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or equivalent experience
• Five years of quality assurance-related work experience, including automated testing and database technologies
• Experience with Microsoft TFS/Azure DevOps and familiarity with Epic Tapestry and Cheers preferred
• Proven ability to analyze and solve logical problems related to software quality assurance
• Certifications in software quality or a technical equivalent are preferred
