Senior Software Quality Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and scale full-stack automation frameworks (Java/Kotlin) across CRM, BSS, and OSS stacks, ensuring zero-defect delivery
• Pioneer testing strategies for Generative AI and LLMs, developing frameworks to mitigate hallucinations, bias, and toxicity
• Act as the primary technical authority for field escalations, conducting root-cause analysis on production issues and providing actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering, with at least 5 years in automated test solutions
• Experience coding in Java or Kotlin for scalable automation frameworks
• Experience in CRM, BSS, and OSS testing, including functional, integration, and performance testing
• Experience testing AI models and developing prompt-based validation strategies
• Experience with SDLC in Agile/Scrum environments, focusing on modern testing methodologies
