Senior Software Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Reliability Engineer for AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the reliability, performance, and operational health of production AI systems
• Lead efforts to refactor and harden the AI codebase for improved observability and resilience
• Design and build monitoring, alerting, and debugging tools for high-availability services

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one JVM language (Java, Scala, or Kotlin preferred)
• Proven experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems in production
• Hands-on experience running production services on Kubernetes
• Strong experience with relational databases, including query performance analysis
