Senior Software Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Software Reliability Engineer will ensure the resilience, performance, and security of the enterprise Cloud Platform while mentoring junior engineers and leading incident triage and root cause analysis efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software to enhance platform reliability and performance
- Collaborate with team members in agile processes to create valuable and testable user stories
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on modern software development frameworks
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in engineering or reliability engineering
- Experience with ITIL processes and production systems support, including Change, Incident, and Problem Management
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as BASH, Python, and Java
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Strong understanding of SLOs and core SRE principles and practices
