Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Support Analyst - Student.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for complex system-level software products, prioritizing and resolving issues
- Act as a liaison for clients, researching and troubleshooting reported issues to deliver timely solutions
- Document issues and solutions for knowledge base use and maintain high product knowledge through training and research
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Working knowledge of appropriate operating systems
- Knowledge of Transact SQL programming language/SQL Enterprise Manager
- Strong desire to work in a support desk environment
- In-depth knowledge of relational databases SQL Server and SQL
