Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Support Analyst - Student.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for complex system-level software products, prioritizing and resolving issues
  • Act as a liaison for clients, researching and troubleshooting reported issues to deliver timely solutions
  • Document issues and solutions for knowledge base use and maintain high product knowledge through training and research
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Working knowledge of appropriate operating systems
  • Knowledge of Transact SQL programming language/SQL Enterprise Manager
  • Strong desire to work in a support desk environment
  • In-depth knowledge of relational databases SQL Server and SQL
