Job Summary
Managing complex customer issues, the full-time Senior Software Support Engineer will provide technical expertise and support to ensure timely and accurate solutions for customers, engaging through virtual meetings, chat, and email while working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues related to product configuration and networking while managing customer expectations
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback for feature enhancements
- Analyze error logs and troubleshoot customer issues across various programming and scripting languages
Required qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting customer issues in a software support environment
- Proficiency in multiple programming and scripting languages, such as Java, React, Groovy, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with cloud-based software applications, including installation and administration
- Ability to analyze error logs for Java programs and operating systems
