Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Perform and lead software tests, document results, and support issue resolution
• Provide technical solutions to complex problems and contribute to project completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Advanced certifications in testing or quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA) are desirable
