Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer to develop and execute test plans, conduct testing on software and IT systems, and document results, all while working remotely in a role that requires strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to ensure quality and compliance with user requirements
• Lead testing efforts, including manual and automated testing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Document and communicate test results, metrics, and progress on problem resolution to management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, scripts, and plans, with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, as well as CI/CD tools
