Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer, the successful candidate will develop and execute test plans and procedures, ensuring high-quality deliverables for IT systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
• Lead testing activities for software and IT systems, documenting and communicating test results effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analysis of test results and resolve open issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with both manual and automated testing, including test automation frameworks and tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
