Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer to develop and execute test plans, manage testing processes, and ensure software quality in a remote environment, requiring strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
• Lead testing activities for software and IT systems, documenting and communicating results while resolving complex issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and improve testing methodologies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing, with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, as well as CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions
