Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer to develop and execute test plans and procedures, ensuring high-quality deliverables in a remote environment, while possessing strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
• Lead testing efforts for software and IT systems, documenting and communicating results while resolving complex issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects in software products

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans
