Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer, this remote position will develop and execute test plans, conduct software testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables while requiring strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
• Lead testing activities for software and IT systems, ensuring proper operation and defect-free performance
• Document and communicate test results, and support the analysis of test outcomes and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, scripts, and plans, along with knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools
