Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer to develop and execute test plans, conduct software testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a remote environment, requiring strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
• Lead testing efforts for software and IT systems, ensuring proper operation and defect-free performance
• Document test results, support analysis, and resolve open issues while providing technical solutions to complex problems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with both manual and automated testing, including knowledge of test automation frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
