Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Software Test Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for developing and executing test plans, leading testing activities for software and IT systems, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through both manual and automated testing.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
• Lead testing efforts and document test results while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Analyze test results, resolve issues, and provide technical solutions to complex problems

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, as well as experience with CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
