Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer to develop and execute test plans, conduct software testing, and ensure quality deliverables in a remote environment, requiring strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
• Lead testing efforts for software and IT systems, documenting and communicating test results effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and resolve issues while providing technical solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, scripts, and plans, including experience with automated testing tools
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
