Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer to develop and execute test plans, conduct software testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a remote environment, requiring strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to ensure software quality and compliance with organizational standards
• Lead testing activities, document results, and communicate findings to project stakeholders while supporting the resolution of identified issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical solutions to complex testing challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, along with 10 or more years of experience in software testing
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python, with experience in both manual and automated testing
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, as well as CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance are required for this position
