Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer to work remotely, who will develop and execute test plans and cases, lead software testing efforts, and ensure the quality of IT systems and applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
• Lead testing activities, document results, and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Support analysis of test results and resolve issues while contributing to continuous improvement efforts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, as well as CI/CD tools
