Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer, this remote position will develop and execute test plans and cases, ensuring software quality and compliance with organizational standards while utilizing strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures for software and IT systems
• Perform and lead testing activities, documenting and communicating results while supporting issue resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex projects

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, as well as continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools
